How much does EasyPrac cost?
The app is free to download and use with no time limit. The free version has a few limits (see below), lifted by a one-time purchase of €8.99 (launch price until March 15th 2027, then €11.99) — a single payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal.
What can I do with the free version?
Everything, in a limited form: 1 class, 1 room, 2 protocols (1 question type, 1 competency type), and unlimited competency sets. Enough to test every feature of the app before deciding if it fits your daily use.
Is my data stored online?
No. EasyPrac requires no account or login: all your data (classes, students, grades) stays stored locally on your device. You can export a backup manually at any time to keep it elsewhere or switch devices. See our privacy policy.
What languages is the app available in?
French, English, and Spanish.
I switched phones, how do I recover my EasyPrac Full purchase?
Sign in with the same Google account you used to purchase it: the app automatically detects your existing purchase on first launch, with no action needed from you.
How do I back up my data from one year to the next?
From the app’s settings, an export function generates a complete backup file. You can also reset the app at the end of the school year while keeping your already-configured protocols, competency sets, rooms, and levels.
